Armor Penalties and ED (in General)

Since armor bonuses don't apply to things like GS and Haste, do armor penalties apply? If not, and my archer has base ST/DX and is fighting from GS/Haste, does that mean I could wear AC armor and the penalties are meaningless so they'll only hurt the base 20 stat?

Yeah, they won't be hurt by the armor penalties since it is coming from GS/Haste.

However, GS/Haste only acquires 68% of the trained level, so it would probably be better to just train dex/str on the archer. Unless you make multiple archers but that gets very expensive.

GS/Haste, as an ED, would be reduced by any armour penatlies on the caster.

They would also be reduced by any DM your team is subjected to.

Yeah I was forgetting about the caster penalty. I'm running a multi-archer team but I know it is prohibitively expensive. I'll prob have fun for a while, run out of cash, then try a new team of all naked mages with a $0 NW. :)
