Would it be at all possible to rent items from players who have been inactive for a duration say, two years? :I
It'd certainly make things more convenient - *cough*for me.

I don't know for sure the exact number but of the top 50 Elbows, only 10-15 or so are in the hands of active players, and few of them can forgo them to loan for others.
I can't even get items back from inactive players, I doubt they would implement an inactive player rental :P

I think all players that have been inactive for 2+ years should have their largest characters unretired...

I think we were discussing that in an older thread in debate.
I personally think that all inactives get there stuff stripped and reintroduced into the drop system as is...

No, because I become inactive every once in a while, then remember CB exists and come back.
That wouldn't be very nice.......
