Vanguard / EoD Deal (in Public Record)

I will be purchasing EoD's 77mil NW ELB at 54 million, 70% NW.
I'll make weekly payments at minimum of 1.5 mil.
I will be renting the ELB for Weekly rentals until 24 mil is paid off.
At which point I'll be given the ELB and continue paying it off till done so in full.

To be added to the amount owed is 62 million for a SF level 11mil~
I'll begin paying off the SF first, and at 2/3'rds payment for the SF, about 40 mil, EoD will transfer it.
Then, at 86 total mill paid off, 30 mil left to pay, Eod will transfer the ELB.
