Okay after much thought I have decided to "raffle off" AR and its equipment, tattoo and CBD! All in all its a nice package offer. So here are the contest rules. To enter a $5 entry fee to my paypal account and then choose a number between 1 and 100. You may have multiple entries each costing $5 a piece. First come first serve by posting your number. No refunds unless I cancel the contest. I will run the contest until Labor Day and then by roll of a dice will choose the winner. Again I reserve all right to cancel, modify, clarify or change contest rules.

True, but if you still want to do something like this you could have an admin set up a charity donation thing and have people send money to the charity and then raffle off the stuff that way.
Of course I am not sure if that is allowed either and you would have to find an admin (or other person) willing to oversee it.
Was unaware of the rule. If this needs to be moved to another forum please move it to General so players can post their numbers.
