possible ba bug (in General)

It say's I am at 10/20 but I know I have been getting 9/20 for a while and the same thing happened when I was doing a ncb.

That is quite odd. Being at 43k MPR you are well under the 3% of the top MPR that would put you into the 9/20 zone.

You don't have any characters with a VPR over that 3% either. How much BA can you currently purchase?

Is it consistently giving you 9? I know if the server has done minor BA allocation mistakes it will fix them at cache flush.

Have you noticed it giving you BA at cache flush? You should be getting zero if there are no mistakes.

Do you have an unretired character with alot of unspent experience?

His MTL would reflect that, it doesn't appear as though that is the case.

Consider this I stop on even numbers 10,20,30, ext. and my ba is 151 at the moment.

so the correct buy amount of ba.
but not generated ba

You'll go into 9/20 at cache flush after reaching almost 291k MPR.
Then into 8/20 when going past ~1.45mil MPR (a bit over that).
And into 7/20 somewhere beyond ~3.87mil MPR.

Some slight occasional irregularities in number of regenerated BA, and that happens at all MPR levels.
It's usually a lot lower than the difference you'd be getting while at a different BA regeneration level, and it happens in both directions seemingly at random.
No idea what exactly causes it, but it's a very old issue.
