It looks to be using the fight game/game engine called MUGEN for the fights. I used to have a lot of fun with it.
I still remember doing Ronald McDonald vs Col. Sanders and Homer Simpson vs Fred Flinstone among others. :)
this one is so random. there are 1000's of characters maybe. I rarely see the same one exactly. All ive found is that MS paint characters, dinosaurs, Whales, and street fighter characters own the fights. in that order.
Yeah, you can load up as much characters as your computer can handle, but I tend to only get characters which have proper sprite animations and with AI if possible.
