I would really like the ability to pay to heal a player myself to be able to continue to attack them. Mostly because i'm annoyed right now, however, with the lack of targets it should seriously be considered.

You can already do this...just ask someone to spam the fight button for you ;).
This is really helpful when trying to make a high ranking NCB.
The way you want it tho will never come about. The game would devolve into a 1 man fight list where you drain tons of CPs from one person as you reap the best possible rewards in very little time.
