Random Idea... (in General)

I was looking at all the ''Strat ideas thread'' and I thought of this.

Would it be too strong if, using a new or an already existing item, you would had some synergy between a weapon and a DD spell. .

And do something like that, a casted FB would make a SoD detonate bigger explosion, augmenting the splash damage of the SoD based on the damage dealt by the FB.

Give me your thoughts.

Interesting idea, I think you could make it work from a balancing perspective. Could give a good alternative to use weapons without having to invest fortunes into them to make them effective to a certain degree.

From an implementation standpoint, something like this will never be introduced ;).

I would really like to use a BURNING SWORD!
"J'bob's sword catches fire from his fireball and inflicts so much awesome damage for the next 1,000 rounds!"

Ohhhhh, or a Mace that made blood taste of CAKE

It may be introduced, I'm still figuring things out EoD.

That being said, synergy sounds awesome. Maybe we can do something like this for a tourney.

This could be fun in a non official way.

Something like an Hammerclass weapon used on a CoC affected minion shards a % of it's armor.

And Edgedclass weapon combined with SG creates a chain of lightning.

An Elb used with MM makes you aim for the last target. Maybe?

No to the last one, ranged weapons don't need any sort of buffs...
