21M dollar contest (in Contests)

This is a 21M dollar contest. It is based on the 8 and Under girls fastpitch softball team I coach. Each correct answer wins you 250K. The last question has yet to be determined but any reasonable answer will work.

This is our third year together as a team. We play an 18 game schedule. We are a rec team. I have 14 girls on my roster. We play 5 inning games.
All answers must be sent to me by CM.

This will run until I run out of money and close the door on the game.
