Not sure if all have already given up on this game but if I or someone else found a programmer to fix the chat I think that would really help keep people who join as you have a community you can actively chat with...thoughts? Can it be done?

I had thought something were wrong after I came back to Carnage. I even downloaded and redownloaded Java like 3 times. I would like this to happen if it is possible.
It does not work for me (probably not doing something right) but even so to ask every new player to figure out how to work around this issue probably is not the best thing for retention. It would be much better to fix the issue.
if fixing it was within my scope of powers i definitely would
I not trying to ask you or any admin to fix it without getting something in return. My main question is does any admin have the ability to grant permission to fix it
Is there any way to contact the people who do have the access to code? Facebook? It would be great if we could convince them to give a coder access just to fix somethings first and then who knows maybe find a hobbyist who would love to program. Of course the owner of the site would keep all rights and possible profits.

I tried every setting in Java Security to have no joy in a solution. I should think its on Oracle's end.

Java Plugin is being discontinued, so it looks like Carnage will be without a chat window unless one is written that does not count on Java is made.
