How does Salvage Yard work?
Say I choose MH as the Melee weapon to change. And I choose BoTH as the Melee weapon to consume.
What would be the outcome?
And what's the cost of doing this?

Ex. Morgul Hammer +9 - weapon to change
BoTH - weapon to consume
Output:
BoTH +9 - MH becomes BoTH, inherits prior levels
Original BoTH - consumed, gone. This is the *fee*
Same with the Tattoo Artist.

I don't see any benefits of doing that other than just keeping the stats but losing an equally good weapon.
Its for when you want to switch strats or found a better weapon.
