When using PL which armor will reduce the incoming damage? The original targets Armor? The minion with PL's armor? Or both?

damage reduction from AC will come from whoever the target taking the damage is. Even if its absorbed through PL, the PL minion will play no part in damage reduction

So yeah, the original targets Armor. This is usually why you'll see a High AC Wall with a Phantom Link Wall, the High AC Wall reduces the damage in the first place, then the PL Wall absorbs the reduced damage.
