When it comes down to decay, do you really need to put any experience into it after it has been learned?
if you're going against opponents with DM trained then no, if you're trying to overcome AMF then yes
I think it backfires on you if low relative to your opponent's AMF. I remember just training base decay on one of my minions and it actually made me less competitive
