In particular, the "Damage Inflicted" part at the very bottom. What do the numbers before and after the "/" mean, exactly?

The part before is direct damage. Which is the damage done by your weapons, DD spells, etc...
The part after is indirect damage. Which is the damage returned by AMF, GA, etc...
