Saw it in a guide, no idea if it means to train 1/4 and 1/3rd into everything else or what.
Never heard of it. Usually when you see a ratio like that it pertains to a particular strat or minion type.

Ok... that means that for each 4 XP your train into HP, the suggestion is to train 3 XP each into ST, DX, and UC.
I think it means that for that minion, you need XP trained into STR, DEX, and Unarmed Combat that is .75x that of your XP in HP. Or, XP in HP that is ~1.33x that of your STR, DEX, and UC. Both should ways multiply to the same ratio of 4:3:3:3.
Example: 1,000,000 HP, 750,000 STR, 750,000 DEX, and 750,000 levels of Unarmed Combat.
