I haven't seen an auction since I got back, and even the wiki has no record of ANY past auctions....

Noldorin Spellcasters are supporter items, so they do not spawn in auctions.
If you want some, you will either have to pay someone lots and lots of CBD of you can buy them with real cash from the "Auction > Special Items" page.
