Ministerial memorandum (in Public Record)

Let it be known that salt3d will step down from the role of minister (known colloquially as 'clan owner') within the Ministry of Pain (colloq. 'clan'), and that the role will be taken up henceforth by Piper Fury, subject to the following terms.

- The term 'former minister' shall be used to identify the holder of the account 'salt3d'.
- The term 'new minister' shall be used to identify the holder of the account 'Piper Fury'.
- The term 'current members' shall be used to identify the holders of the following accounts: salt3d, Belome(Joel), Piper Fury, Pop pop, Miyazaki Hayao, overthebeacon.
- The former minister shall exit the clan in a prompt and efficient manner.
- The clan's membership policy shall remain 'moderated'.
- All current members have the right to exit the ministry with one account and rejoin with another for the purposes of 'starting a NUB'.
- At any time the former minister may elect to resume the ministership, using his current account, or any account held by him at the time.
- If the former minister is unable to rejoin the ministry due to capacity, members will be removed from the ministry in order of most recently joined. Current members are exempt from this term.
- Changes to any of these terms shall be by agreement between the former minister and the new minister. Failure to agree will result in no change to the terms.
- In the event that the former minister does not respond to communication regarding the ministry, these terms are rendered null and void. A minimum of two (2) chatmails and two (2) emails over a period of two (2) weeks are required before invoking this term.

This memorandum will be considered in effect as soon as the new minister replies in the affirmative.
