So I have opted for a 3 minion team that isn't talked about in the wiki I have gone for a wall, mage, archer combo. It should be a rather fun team to develop. My question comes in about evasion for mages and walls.
Now wiki says mages should be trained with 25% HP and the rest into direct damage spell but also mentions evasion. I could see that being quite helpful anyone have experience with evasion on mages? how much do you recommend training in evasion
What about the amount of evasion for an evasion wall?
Any advise is appreciated
Personally I'd avoid training EV on mage b/c of xp dilution; you're never going to avoid all the hits from weapons like the MgS because as long as you have lower dex, there's always a base to hit chance. Also training EV without dex cuts its effectiveness. A much better alternative is to just slap on a DB with as big of bonus as possible; to make sure your mage doesn't take too many hits at once. If you have a wall protecting your mage already, it makes even more sense to not worry too much about EV. If you want to make the evasion wall, make sure to train dex as well, although honestly I think a normal high AC wall with steel skin is superior, especially for your strategy.

I appreciate your advice I do have a nice pair of DB that I will slap on when I get closer to them not being encumbered. What kind of % do you recommend in training steel skin with?
According to the wiki it's 1/4 of your HP I believe. So whatever HP you train into your wall, train 1/4 of that as SS. Once you use wall gear, you have to train a little extra to overcome the penalties that gears give to your ED spells.
I would get an Amulet of Invisibility and DBs. No evasion.
SS should be trained at 1/8th your HP lol. Sorry!
