The Naming System (in Debates)

I think it would be great to open the naming system up to Gondorians. I have some ideas. One. Attain a set goal for a free naming. Two. Attain a clan goal (Gondor members only.) Three. Have referrals reach Lothlórien. It also adds character to the game to have named items. Thoughts?
