Wondering...Central bank's Last login: Dec 16 2009. Yet is buying a ton of rares from auction. Am I missing something? Can anyone explain.

Central Bank is a system tool programmed to bid on auctions, it was intended to help with the games economy, it's not an actual player character.

In order to be sure to keep central bank from sniping your auction, you must place a bid one increment over the minumum, this can be done by bidding the minimum, refreshing the page, and bidding again.
