I was just able to vote a third time on the BM since the 24th, I'm curious whether anyone else is going to be able to get a second vote per week... and if so, whether or not that might get us the 48 votes needed to spawn it within the 2 weeks.

I see a couple others have already put forth a second vote in the BM, If this works out and we can pump out enough to vote 48x/wk as a community, we should start thinking about how best to designate where those votes will be going.

Supporters and/or players who have been members of a standard clan for at least 1 week used to receive 1 vote per week. Since May of 2012 the frequency of the vote has been changed to 1 day instead of 1 per week, a theoretical seven-fold increase. [from the help]
Yes and I followed a few links from there and it was explained that 24 hours and 1 minute after each vote, that voter will be able to vote again. we should be able to spawn anything if we communicate.
