Wow! You thinking about kicking back up? You should think about beginning a 180-day NUB, if so. The rewards are mind-boggling comparative to the rewards without it, and it's all kosher! The stipulations are fairly straightforward:
You may only spend BA on one account. If you make a NUB, that's your account.
You may transfer anything you desire from one account to the other- weapons, armors, tattoos, even your money & characters. (transferring characters will not remove the NUB from your other characters, but it will move your account to Gondor realm)
Once you settle on creating a NUB, post on your original account to the PR forum, then reply with your NUB account to that thread so everyone can say hi and see that you're active on the NUB, now.
Optionally, you could add the extension/add-on to firefox/chrome as it is linked to the News thread on your home page, there aren't always active chatters but we are in and out.
