Supportership discounts from cb1

If you are eligible for the half-price supportership (you became a cb1 supporter in December 2004), you'll have to do it manually: send $5 by paypal to jonathan@carnageblender.com, and put in the note your cb2 username and cb1 username. Expect the usual delays for me to read my email. :)
