Our hosting provider says,

"DATE/TIME: 23:00 CST Friday, June 4, 2010 - 01:00 CST Saturday, June 5, 2010

"We will be performing migration on Colocation servers. Estimated period of impact is no more than 30 minutes per Colocation server. During this time servers will be powered down, migrated to the new location and powered back up."
