Weird text on Windows task bar: how to get rid of it? (in Off-topic)

Although I'm quite familiar with managing computers, I try to know as least as possible about Windows, so I am a bit puzzled about the task bar on my parent's PC (see image below). Anyone know how to get rid of this?

Searching the registry for this string does not help, and a thorough spyware search shows up only a few (now deleted) cookies. "Adres" is the Dutch way of spelling address, and most of the software on this XP SP2 PC is in Dutch.

NP glad to have helped. and sorry for all that this is in Dutch (but we're both Dutch ;))
