Abit Loaned me a Lesser Tattoo of Endurance, so I decided to test it a little bit.
I attacked Tybleo 20 times without the LToE which resulted in this received damage:
Ranged Hits: 12
Avg Ranged damage: 204,8
DD hits: 37
Avg DD damage: 257,4
Now I attacked Tybleo 20 time with the LToE level 570. I made sure that nor he or me had trained. The LToE didn't have a higher level after these fights. I received this damage:
Ranged Hits: 14
Avg Ranged damage: 199,6
DD hits: 37
Avg DD damage: 234,1
Now this is hardly enough statistics to really conclude something. But it does seem to reduce the damage I received.
Also I received about the same amount of experience. When I had a ToJ earlier the exp I received was lower. So I think tat's which summon a familiar DO drain some of your exp and tat's which only give a stat boost DON'T drain the experience you receive.
Hope this is helpful to some of you ppl... :)

Tattoos do not drain experience.

Repectfully, Saint, but I think you're wrong and I'm right. I now have a Lesser Tattoo of Jigorokano on loan from Telkir. It was a fresh one without any experience invested in it. I did some testing.

Clearly you get more exp without the LToJ. But feel free to sink my argument... :)

*blup* *blup* ;)
I have seen that post, but my statistics don't lie either. I'd hate to say it, but I think Jon must've made a mistake somewhere.

Thanks for being suspicious enough to test this, Sedecim. There was indeed a bug; fixed.

Either way, more or less xp, the ToJ is too valuable right now to not use.
WOOT!!!
I'm getting XP now!
Cheers!!
