A question of Forging Efficiency... (in General)

In CB1 forging efficiency was based on/around the BA refresh rate, now since everyone is at least at the 8 refresh rate how does this effect forging?
Is it based more on PR now?
Is everyone an awesome forger at the moment? <-(doubtful)
Or what, anyone have any ideas on this...

I doubt everyone is at 8 refresh. Anyhow, forging efficiency in CB1 was proportional to BA cost. Yes, that means people are better forgers who have 8 regen, but only because they have less BA to forge with.

In short, people will forge about as well as can be expected, given their PR.

you have 3 questions:

a1: people now on a refresh rate of 8 per 10 minutes will be forging better than the people just under it (as it was in cb1 also)

a2: it "still" is based more on pr but also the refresh rates still apply to an extend.

a3: no not everyone is an awesome forger as we all get low NW increases from forging at the moment. but some higher PR character players still can get a decent reward from forging and could make some money with it. But most people won't use their services.
