i am using firefox and have a bit of a small problem when wanting to enter a bot check (but this could be an extention i am using that i don't know how to disable, though it would be the same problem in cb1 which isn't having this problem)
but here is the problem:
when receiving a bot check i type in the word but i am instead typing on a link (explanation when i type in the name of a link i.e. Home and press enter then i go home, people using it will know what it is called)
but when normally entering a bot check i should always be in that frame and in the text box. but apparently i only get there the first time every once in a while without having to click on the bot check text box first.
is this a bug or my inability to use/disable a feature of my browser?

Tools>Options>Advanced>Uncheck 'Begin finding when you begin typing'
If this is a feature that you like, from now on hitting the / key will start the search as you type feature.

Shade I've been using firefox and haven't been having this issue. Something I HAVE noticed though is that if something in a different tab refreshes on its own (like gmail), if I'm typing in a bot check or in my separate chat tab, it'll lose focus and start searching instead.
Might that be the issue?

Sorry Shade, that's the way it is set for me here and all works as it should.

I have the same problem Shade.
When a bot check comes up, the focus appears to be on the response text box, but it's not. IF I start typing, it is doing a search for that text I am typing, but in the left hand frame.
It only happens on Firefox (at home). I'm ok with IE (at work)

I have the same problem, but only if I start typing before the page is fully loaded. If I type before it's done loading, it flies to the search toolbar, if I wait until it's done loading, it enters in the botcheck box.
