I've recently got a pair of Elvern Gloves, and took the "Unforgeable" tag to mean the same as for CBFs. That the item could not be increased in the forge, but could still be blacksmithed.
I've just visited the blacksmith and am unable to upgrade my Elvern Gloves. Is this because they can't be increased, ever. Or do I just have too little cash on hand (around 40K) to pay for the upgrades?

Items are returned (and automatically re-equipped) after the blacksmith has upgraded them. Currently upgrades take 2 minutes per point upgraded. Items already in the queue will keep the blacksmith busy for the next 02:10:00. Only upgrades that cost at least $10,000 are currently accepted.

The NW is probably just too low to BS it, you'll probably have to wait until the BS wait time is pretty low. Maybe this isnt the case, just a thought.
