Hi guys, some of you may know this site, (www.freewebs.com/exotion). It is new, but it's coming along just great. There is gonna be a raffle held each week. The first ticket costs 1k then any additional tickets cost 1.5k, and the money used to buy the tickets will be the prize at the end of each raffle, so please check it out and buy a ticket. The winning ticket will be chosen at the end of each week...Sunday. This is a great opportunity to make some good cb2 money, so COME ON A PLAY.
P.S. if you do decide to join this raffle, go to the website in the "subject line" and once at the site, go to upcoming events, on the navigation bar.

It could fall under contests depending on whether they intend on making a profit or not.

Actually, I think it does go here. Because, while it is a contest funded by CB$, it doesn't take place on Carnage Blender. The actual contest is held at this "fan" site.
Which means nothing will happen to him if he just decides to keep the money...
...so you can count me out. We have a contest board for a reason.
