I found this after i looked him up a second time only searching for ketsuo instead ketsuo himoto, after i loaned him my ToA.

i have talked some with ketsuo himoto and he made a mistake.

any full admin please merge ketsuo into the ketsuo himoto account or remove the other account he will be using the <ketsuo himoto> account.
