Reason is that those items have too many votes that would be wasted if we don't try to spawn these items.

Nice bit of work Shade and it will be a shame if we don't use this info to start getting items into the market.

The Elven Long Bow seems a good place to start.

i would personaly like to see people vote for more Exec's the reason being is it is the affordable alternative to newer players who cant get a morg els Bot Bone... making more players more competitive and keeping more players in the game. It seems that when the higher lvl items spawn in the Auctions... only the players with over 1.5 million in cash have a chance to even get the item they voted for. I would like to see some of the less nessicary items coming to auctions, as i see no item is pointless, because not all players can afford the biggest and best... while this post is a great service to the cb community, but as a new player why would they want to vote on an item they wouldnt have a chance compeating for? this is just my 2 thoughts on the subject... not to be in any way dissrespectful to anyone in this community, or to Shade the creator of this post... but lets see some items for the average cb player spawned... for the good of the community??

such items that are spawned in the store such as the lesser "non 1mil" items when caught are also put into my newb packs it some of them are spawned in the auctions it would allow the newbs to be able to purchase them and compete with each other instead of them having to rent that 100+k toj from rentals just to get somthing accomplished.

First of all: I personally find The Black Market to be an interesting subject, as it reminds on real life society alot.

I have made a little numbered list on some ideas that may go/ not go through peoples head, when considering what to vote for.

Personally (If I count my CB1 voting as well), I have done 1,2,4,6,7 and 9. I don't know about the rest of you, but I think that I'm not alone on some points :)

However, I have become convinced that a working BM would be good for me, (egoistic aren't we), and therefore, I will vote according to the guide. A working BMVG, speeds up the game, and helps chars on all PRs growing faster, and campers/forgers getting more costumers.

well.. the list:

1. Wouldn't it be cool if I voted for the Mithril Cuirass.. it has no votes..
-Remedy: none.. There will always be anarchists.

2. I am a camper/bargainer, and don't want to deflate the market. Better vote for a Steel Brigandine, and hope I get it for 5k.
- Remedy: well.. more items = funnier CB = more costumers for the campers?

3. BM.. what is that?!?
- Remedy: threads like this :)

4. I never vote in BM. I frankly don't care about it.
- Remedy: Varying objects in BMVG, more people following it.

5. I would like to have a BoNE.. better vote for it, the rest 168 votes should be no problem?.
- Remedy: Threads like this, information to new players on the BM.

6. I have seen Mooses' vote on the elbow that is in BMVG..I don't want him to have that, as he might be near beating me.
- Remedy: at least two goals per week in BMVG, on items that are good for different strats.. for example not advising both ax/exbow at the same time

7. Shade runs the Black market voting guide stupid.. He never advises the things I want.
- Remedy: People: give him tips, and Shade: try (as you currently do) to find out what people wants.

8. I want to sell my vote.
- Remedy: None. I guess that people, who buys votes, buy them on stuff that are certain to spawn.

9. Corn is on BMVG, and I would need one // Corn is on BMVG, and I have nothing else in BMVG to put the vote on, so I may as well put it on Corn.
- Remedy: None.. Problem solved (I guess).

about point 7: not many people have actually told me what they wanted (for this week especially) so i'm still kind of in the dark about most peoples wishes...

but there seem to be more mage based characters than tank based...

Moose - As for the people selling their vote thing that solved itself too, no one wanted to buy my vote. =)

That said, my vote is no completely in the service of the BMVG I don't really care if it goes to waste on things I don't want anymore, because even when I voted for things I did want (katanas) I could never afford them.

So, Shade from here on (unless stated otherwise) my vote is yours. I voted for ELB as that seemed what you were going for this time, and it seemed to have a decent spawn chance.

Great work! I've been wasting votes on a CoBF for the past couple of weeks, but people are getting cash faster than me so this week I wasted the vote on the MCM. Note to self - can't buy an existing BM auction by voting for it after it comes up.

Given the distribution of stuff in the game, I'd recommend voting for tank items more than mage items since the tanks are having a hard time. But that includes tattoos for tanks in the list - a couple more ToE and ToA's would be helpful so that not everyone runs mage strats.
