reset both accounts.
at first ketsuo_himoto & ketsuo came into chat after another but the owner did something wrong with the signup / log in. he wished to be merged but full admins didn't have the time for it probably yet.

this wasn't the deal and he logged back into the old account.
so both accounts reset and will ask an admin to remove account Ketsuo.
