lapmjd was also on his IP address once but should be off it from now on (was a friend)

but killa has caused quite much trouble in new players chat so perhaps chat ban him also.

someone checked the provider and it matched.

I have banned wildkilla, gun2, yo_dogg, and miss horashima. I've reset killa.
