I think I am looking for a clan? (in General)

I'm kind of new and thinking about joining a clan. I play a lot and my main team as in the one I use is "B Girl". I want to join a clan that is getting a bonus and I'm unsure how that works. So how do I get into one of the big clans? Also can someone explain how the bonus works? Is it always in effect? Or only during the bonus blocks? Thank you.

It's always in effect (other than Sunday). The bonus % varies from 15% down to 0%, depending on how high your clan is in the rankings. The number of clans that GET a bonus depends on how many total clans there are (I think, someone correct me please). Early on when cb2 started, I remember it being as low as the top 7 clans; now it's the top 27. In cb1, I think it got to the top 35, if I recall correctly.

To get in, you simply join one. Some clan's are "closed", in which you can't join. Some are "open", in which you're in as soon as you do join. Some are "moderated", in which case your application to join is pending approval by the clan owner.

The bigger, consistently high-bonus getting clans /generally/ (but not always) have some minimum clan point limits you must achieve to stay in.

Clan points are done as follows:

You get clan points for each win in battle.

One point vs a non clan member
Two points for a general clan member (Ill explain below)
Three points for a clan member of a clan receiving a bonus

The differnce between 2 and 3 point clan members is that those in non bonus clans are only worth 2 points while those in clans getting a bonus are worth 3 points. If your a supporter you can filter the clans in the favorites page using the remove non-3 point clan members tab.

Please note that while your in a clan you will get attacked a lot more and lose most of those battles (called getting farmed). Your score will drop a lot.

But if your in one of the top clans you can get up to a 15% bonus to the xp and $ you get in battle.
