Is the amount of XP your tattoo gains affected by crazy-XP and crazy-money time? i.e. when your minions get more xp, does your tattoo get more xp as well?

I notice that during crazy xp time, my tattoo levels much faster as do my minions.
Opposite is true during crazy money time.
