CoBF Question. (in General)

Does it prevent the user from casting enchantments? Or how does that work? Say I hade EC or AS will the CoBF make it so I can not use them?

It reduces the level of your enchantments to zero. You'll still cast them, just not for much effect.

The only enchantment you can use with a COBF is a direct damage spell, which include fireball, cone of cold, magic missle and decay.

All other skills and spells are given a strength of 0 while the cobf is equipped.

In your example the AS and EC will not cast.
