Am I a multi. (in General)

This is very strange, while me and favs were talking about Ryu and his "brother" being blatantly the same person we both said that the IPs we used were only used by us on the game.

If you go to my page, check transfers, then click on the IP, then click on "all", some other person appears. Even stranger, like 15 minutes after he stops buying crap in the store, I start to.

Can someone explain how this can be? I'm on a fixed IP and that IP is just *mine*, well or so I thought. It's not wireless, any possible explanations?

I guess by that you mean it rotates, but it dosent, my modem is always on even if the computer is turned off and that's "it's" IP

It's a static IP, so it shouldn't be an ISP router. Besides, it's easy to check against the IP he has assigned to him.

Your IP is also known as 'hudd-cache-4.server.ntli.net' which means that you are using a ISP-wide proxy/cache server, either because your browser is setup to, or your ISP is forcing your web traffic through it behind your back.

I do not know how large an ISP this ntli.net is, but it's not unlikely that this ISP has more customers, of which some even may be CB players...

Call your isp and request to be released from cached browsing, its out dated and too AOL like to be a good idea anymore.

If they refuse, change providors.
