Ah, sorry, didn't see that earlier.

At the time I just put him to around $100, the second fine put him bellow $0. It's really up to a full admin to take it much further than this.

Removed the $50k from Severswoed instead.

If these fines doesn't make Dingleberry stop, then more of his 'worldly possessions' can be confiscated without too much problems ;)
