So far I've gotten Mage Shield +[115,25]
This is NOT the final data.
My shield was still low enough that it was bumping up to the next level before I could get more accurate times.
I'm also out of BA.
If someone with a higher shield would like to build on this info please post your data here.

Ok, I like [120,27 extra quench] much better. But once again....

Well 120 definitely gives better % than 115. I tried both [120,27(1 xtra quench)] and [120,25].
[120,25] seems to give me my best output so far.

Mage Shield +[120,22]
i have a lot of data that i will put into cbstuff forums.
little info: 120,25 works just as good but uses more BA (both formulae have both sweetspots)
[EDIT: after some more tests 120,20 wasn't the true sweetspot but 120,22 was, also checked with BooDiggity]
