Ok, i asked in chat but nobody knew for sure....So I'll ask everyone.
If you equip a BoM on a minon with a ToA, would the +% STR raise the base STR or the Tattoo STR?
I wanted to know cuz i havent trained anything in DX/STR so i need to know before i get BoM.
From what I've seen with EBs, the BoM would up your STR based on your natural STR

just like a BoM doesn't increase the modified ST from GS :) seems sensible

I can not say for sure on the BoM but I can say that Tulkas only apply to trained st not that which is gained from ToA
Heres another Q... What does the 1/3 bonus for a 2-handed weapon mean?
1/3 extra damage...?
1/3 or the ST bonus i.e. you only get 3%...?
