would like SaintMichael reset if he does not make good on debt (in Public Record)

I deposited 400k to CB^2 'bank' on Feb 22nd and was supposed to collect interest on this deposit as stipulated in SaintMichael's bank charter. This post is in Public Record and is titled "CB^2 (Charter Bank)- Grand Opening!" On March 3rd I had not received interest payments and posted in this same Public Record asking if it was a scam. I also CMed SaintMichael.

On March 8th he paid me back 170k, but I have still not seen the rest of my money. He has a HoD, a Katana, and a Comp. I have CMed him to ask that he sell one of these items/send one to me in order to square up. He has yet to do so.

I would like to give hime another chance to square up. I feel he owes 230k plus interest for a month. If he does not pay me or set up a payment plan for his debt within one day of signing on next, I would like to see him reset.

I can't believe it! Lucky for me my concessions prevented his scamming me early on in CB2. SaintMichael, you are a mentor too! How could you be such a rotten scoundrel who flaunts past the moral code by setting up a law of your own only to create enemies who you cheat lying your way out beating others senseless with confusion then fleeing with utmost triumph. Well, you've gotten what you've wanted. And so have I.



I really needed to take out my annoyance on someone. Oh, and if I didn't have homework I would have written more in my unique prose.

I'm mad because after all that scamming, he's still not a toplist player.

i have a question....
the whole bank set up and loans and such.. thats player to player, what does a admin have to do with that? if a player fails to uphold a bargain then not dealing with them is the outcome?

wouldnt this fall under the stupidity tax?

Public Record Policy.

If 2 people enter into a deal, and it is posted here, and one person backs out, or scams the other person, here is what will happen:

If person A scams person B, we will reset A. We do not want to encourage scamming. BUT, it is your responsibility to make sure the person you are dealing with is trustworthy. We also do not want to encourage the thinking of, "so what if this guy offering me a loch for $100k is scamming me, all I have to is whine to the admins to get my money back." So no, we're not in the property recovery business. Same goes for loan installment payments. In other words: if you want truly scamproof trading, your only option is the auction system.

lol, I think the Public Record Policy should be updated. A loch for 100k is not a scam its a rip-off. ;-)

So has zda777 paid back anything. If not, we know who really should be banned.

But no, he has not paid back a thing. IN FACT, he also has quit. I smell something wrong. In this case banning is not the plausible thing to do.

Oh and by the way, a char, zda777 has, has all the money that deifeln needs. Too bad admins don't transfer money like that. Oh, does the rule apply also for FS/WTB??? (There was no thread in PR)

I accepted the katana as payment for the 230k owed.
