Is there a possibility that loaning items could be changed to include a 'send back early' feature from the renter's end?
For example if an item isn't needed anymore and has a couple of days left on a loan then the person who has borrowed the item can simply send it back. A higher transfer/loaning fee has already been paid for the loan so there is no way of scamming this, it would just help out some.
