when I was in high school our computers in the had IP addresses very similar to that.
The network they were on gave them individual IP addresses and were all ***.**.***.01, 02, 03, 04 and so on.
Probably some kid in his computer lab at school.
what kid goes to school at 5:59 in the moarning?
could be a different time zone
well if its in eastern...the time gets earlier as you go west..so like 4, 3, 2...so on

You know, kids are not the only ones who work in computer labs. It could be a University professor in a computer lab, a Microsoft employee in a computer lab, or a bored owner of an Internet cafe.
not sayin they are...im just saying its kind of unlikely a kid being at school at 6 AM.

JackDaniels: the world is (much) larger than the U S of A.
In this case those IPs are the proxy servers/http caches for a Singaporian ISP. So it is likely that all users that use Singnet as their ISP appear from the same IP. I'll (or another full admin?) need to dig deeper to see if they are actually multi.
