Is the effect of the CoBF increased by 4%? There is no AC and its not a wepon. Just wondered why some are named if there is no bonus. Would really like to hear from Jon on this.

The bonus is applied to the damage that the CBF does as well as the FB damage that it reduces. ie a +100 named CBF would be the same as a +104 unnamed CBF.
The same holds true for DB and the evasion they give from their upgrades.
