The Steveh on loan (in Public Record)

YOU-No 1 Forger[Cb2Bank] has borrowed my character The Steveh and its named TOJ for a duration of no less then 1-2 months, at any time after i can ask for the char back (giving at least 1-2 weeks notice) at which time i pay the return fees (YOU has payed the 1 way fees thus far)
he is to fight with him as much as he can, but its not expected for him to be like me

that about sums it up, char sent, xfer fees received

ok so far since he has received the character, he has used not even 10 BA to fight, and has been forging with the character. the deal between us was that he borrowed the char to fight because he "quit forging".

if i had known this is what he intended i never would have agreed to the deal. also he is training foreign spells onto the character, another thing that he was not supposed to do as i pointed out which spells he should be training

when i asked him about this earlier he said dont worry, xp time is near.....well xp time has passed and he didnt use so much as 5 BA during that time

id like to know what i can do about this, or what an admin can do to help me in this situation

Steve, sadly, I don't think an admin needs to get in the middle of this. You transfered the character over, since there is no such in game thing as loaning one out.

He isn't breaking any in-game rules, and someone who is named
No 1 Forger doesn't look like they are going to quit forging.

um you couldn't be any further from the truth, there were many things agreed upon on the loan, he has not abided by ANY of them at all.

i think its the perfect time for an admin to intervene

What do you expect an admin to do? If there was a PR post by YOU indicating he agreed to these conditions, then we could consider applying the PR Policy, but right now I can't even tell if YOU has read this post, let alone agreed to it.

This is something that you will have to work out with YOU...

Admins can enforce game policies,

And there are no policies about loaning characters out, much less the ability to actualy loan the character out to begin with.

"1. I put fake spell on char (on exp i earned in fight) cost 91 exp each spell"

if this is his plan, i will take the char back at a loss to myself
