Recently Nightmare applied, the clan said we could accept 150K PR or so, his character is 124K MPR. While obviously this would put us over the limit after by a bit, it still means he should be able to be accepted, for example there was no *.
When "accepted" the system automatically rejected him.

As in, it must be going on normal PR as opposed to MPR..

Did he have a lot of untrained xp? It counts that towards clan limits.
No, I had at most 500 untrained..
Tried it again with 10 untrained, and gave me the same msg.

The max PR you can accept is 144,972.
