Need help with a defaulted loan (in Public Record)

I loaned Untouchable 200k 2 weeks ago interest free for the first week. After the one week was over, s/he asked for an extension. I did for 1 week with 5% interest. Well its been over that week and no repayment has occurred. I even gave him/her an extra day via PM yesterday to repay me.

What can I do to get my money back?

So, If i read it properly, the only thing I can have done is to have Untouchable reset?

The one week duration (as per your post) was complete on 16th April. I think it would be best to give it a few more days before pursing this via admin support given that Untouchable hasn't logged in since the 17th.
