Strat/tattoo help. (in General)

ok...I plan on making ETM/EMTwhich ever and i will be making the mage first and coverging it into a tank lateron and then hiring another minion for an Enchanter. then i will hire a mage later on. now i figure a ToE in the Beggining providing it doesn't get the nerf ;p. and then making it a ToS or a ToI later on when i get the tank :).

thoughts, Suggestions :)

Without a tattoo on the Tank, then its not really a tank.
