Score / raw score: -489 / -496
this makes us have a ~1.5% penalty but while being in negative it is now counted as a bonus? since less negative is better than more negative
shouldnt it instead also give us a 1.5% penalty into the negative making us have -503 clan points instead?

If you are in negative points does it really matter how much the bonus is?

yes it does, to some extent.
Clans whose score becomes extremely negative will be automatically disbanded.
if you would have -1000 points (or what it would be) for a week and face almost disbanding, if you then get less negative clan points than your real clan points you could be 'saved' from the disbanding if your clan is above the pr cap.
if you would get a penalty in the negative, making -990 cps being -1010 then you would get disbanded correctly, imo.
